In these capacities, she was instrumental in artist management, contract negotiation (including concert and recording contracts), financial oversight, talent scouting, marketing, distribution, and liaising with media houses. Her expertise extends to hands-on event organization and promotion, successfully orchestrating large-scale initiatives. A notable career highlight includes being a key organizer of the Berlin Annual Beer Festival from 2013 to 2015, demonstrating her capacity for large-scale event execution and management.

Beyond the music industry, Nonhle's versatile management capabilities are showcased through diverse roles. As a Debtors Controller at Royal Villas (Swaziland), she honed her financial management skills, ensuring timely payments and accurate reconciliations. Later, as a Branch Manager at Masakhane Security Services, she demonstrated robust leadership in collections, service level management, staff development, and maintaining operational procedures, including managing credit records and engaging in field collections.

Currently, from 2023 to 2025, she is the Managing Director of Ivillicious Onicah Entertainment, where she is at the forefront of artist management, distribution, conducting workshops, artist coaching, and spearheading digital marketing strategies.

Mzikayise is passionate about empowering young people and inspiring them to pursue their dreams. He has a knack for connecting with people and has a unique ability to engage and motivate audiences. He is an experienced radio presenter and has hosted a number of popular shows on Radio Ikhwezi FM, an Author and actor on Ukhozi FM. Additionally, he brings his enthusiasm for the arts to his role as Our Events and Performance Manager, where he is responsible for organizing events and managing performances.
